my chapter 13 is 100% pay can the trustee go into my bank account if i leave money in there every week to live on can he take it out. the I.R.S. is included in my payment

If you have filed the Chapter 13 with an attorney, you may want to consult with him/her on this issue. You may also check out the legal aid society in your area to see if they are able to offer you free legal advice.
