Trustee's Motion to Dismiss without Predjudice?

I have been going thru a Chapter 13 Bankruptcy and just received a letter stating
ORDER ON TRUSTEE’S MOTION TO DISMISS WITHOUT PREJUDICE
What does this mean??

It means you need to call your attorney immediately, as your case is about to be thrown out unless you do something in response.

I think it means that the creditors can come back and refile it. Sounds like there wasn’t enough info presented to dismiss it in toto. Therefore, the judge dismisses it without prejudice allowing various parties to regroup and present the proper evidence for a claim.
I would recommend, if you haven’t already, contacting a lawyer in this field of law. It may cost you a little money but better to pay a lawyer and settle it now rather than be ground up in the legal system when you don’t know your rights.
